Blake Duggins comes form a multi-generation builder family and has operated Duggins Construction focusing on custom trim engagements for numerous builders in the central Kentucky area. From 2004 to 2007 Blake has completed several custom home engagements in the Hardin County area and earned Registered Builder status in 2007.

Charles Ferguson operated as Ferguson Construction and Remodeling before operating as Heart to Hearth Homes in 2004. Concentrating on custom engagements and pre-built custom designs, Charles has earned a reputation of quality built homes among his peers and received registered builder status from the Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association in 2005. He has just completed a term as president of Lincoln Trail Home Builders adn will now serve as chairman of the Registered Home Builders Committee for 2008.

Wayne Vick also comes from a building family and adds business management and operations support from over 20 years of financial services experience. He joined Charles in creating Heart to Hearth Homes in 2004 and continues to serve as business manager for The Home Place.
